LEAD Programme

The Paradigm Infinitum LEAD Programme was designed as a one week intensive programme to develop future senior leaders. The aim of the programme is to develop the participant’s skills, knowledge and understanding of a broad range of concepts, principles of leadership, strategy and management including leadership theory, emotional intelligence, ethics, strategic thinking, strategic analysis, strategy development, strategy implementation, change management, negotiation, CLM, media management, motivation, coaching and mentoring, and continuous improvement. The programme enables participants to look beyond their current role, to adopt a future oriented perspective whilst dealing with current issues. Participants are also encouraged to examine the subject of leadership, strategy and management more holistically from a whole of organisation perspective, as well as from the perspective of the numerous stakeholders that form part of the organisation's environment.

Programme Design

In addition, the programme was designed to enable participants to experience the benefits and rigours as well as the potential weaknesses of academic theory. The programme compels participants to approach the subjects of leadership, strategy and management in a realistic manner, ‘warts and all’ and cautions against ‘analysis paralysis’ and highlights the absolute importance of execution. Participants are encouraged to look at change as opportunities for improvement, and to develop a workplace culture of continuous improvement and organisational learning.
