Paradigm Infinitum's Strategy Workshops are intensive short workshops led by experienced Paradigm Infinitum consultants. Paradigm Infinitum's consultants work intensively with clients in this workshop to deliver training in strategy and planning that is specifically developed and targeted for the client. Through these highly interactive workshops, clients not only gain skills in strategy and planning but also apply these skills directly to their own work unit or organisation to plan for the future in a practical manner. In this way, the tools and knowledge of strategy and planning are reinforced for the student, with direct benefits for the organisation.

Session 1: License to Exist

In this session we examine the organisation's purpose and core business directly to provide the basis and grounding for the strategic planning we will be undertaking throughout the workshop.

Session 2: Resilience, Sustainability and the Change Imperative

Even the best organisation needs to be able to adapt in order to stay relevant in this globalised society. In this session we examine how the organisation can sustain itself and its purpose in an ever changing world.

Session 3: Developing a Strategic Mindset

This session allows participants to explore a variety of strategic analysis tools. Participants have the opportunity to examine these strategic analysis tools in detail, and develop a good understanding of how to best apply these tools in order to more accurately analyse strategic environments.

Session 4: An Introduction to Scenario Planning

This session allows participants to develop a strong understanding of the process of scenario planning and apply scenario planning to their own organisation.
