Another successful leadership development course delivered

Paradigm Infinitum recently delivered two resoundingly successful Executive Development Programmes (Leadership Programmes) to highly experienced Area Director qualified officers of the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service. The Programmes were run over seven intensive days.

Both of Paradigm Infinitum’s Executive Development Programmes received high praise from the participants, with many saying that this was the best course they had undertaken in all their service. Organisers from the QFRS were equally delighted with the quality of the programmes and the quality of the delivery.

Paradigm Infinitum CEO Mr Kiong Chan thanked the organisers and participants for their hard work and dedication. Mr Chan said “The participants worked extremely hard over the seven days. I found the discipline and enthusiasm and the positive spirit displayed by participants to be very inspiring.”

"Generally, the course participants had no formal training in leadership or strategy. Yet the knowledge transfer the participants achieved over the seven days was extraordinary. By keeping the context of the course firmly grounded in emergency services and drawing on the practical experiences of the participants, we saw excellent results and the confidence level of the participants just skyrocketed," reported Mr Chan.
