Two More Successful Leadership Courses for the QFRS
Following the overwhelming success of Paradigm Infinitum's Leadership courses for the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service in 2006, the Paradigm Infinitum team were very pleased to be invited back to conduct another two Leadership courses. Once again, the feedback was very positive. Here are some samples:
"...one of the highlights of my career..."
"...without comparison to anything in this field of expertise..."
Paradigm Infinitum provided two facilitators for each of the five day intensive courses. General Manager, Ms Shona Leppanen-Gibson, who had co-written the 2006 course but was unable to attend due to the impending birth of her first son was glowing about the achievements of the students.
"It is quite normal for people to come to courses like this at this stage of their careers and feel a little cynical, but the way in which the students embraced the material, the philosophy and their own experiences was truly inspiring. I was so pleased to finally be able to be directly involved in the facilitation of the course, and I have to say, the students were so generous in drawing on and sharing in their own experiences, I think I learnt as much from them as they did from the course," Ms Leppanen-Gibson said.
Kiong Chan, CEO of Paradigm Infinitum, was also very pleased with the courses and the outcomes. "For Paradigm Infinitum, there is absolutely no point in conducting workshops, seminars, or any other type of course that does not achieve a change in mind-set. I am always so pleased to work with the QFRS and their staff - they are true professionals who take on new challenges with gusto and always leave the course newly invigorated and refreshed," Mr Chan said.
