Paradigm Infinitum Consultants Run Leadership

and Management Course for Senior Officers from

the Department of Emergency Services

Paradigm Infinitum recently ran an intensive six day live-in course for the Department of Emergency Services aimed at senior officers. The course which Paradigm Infinitum had been preparing over the last several months was held in Brisbane, Australia.

Paradigm Infinitum consultant Mr Wai Kin Chan flew in from Germany to present on the course. His session on change management was one of the highlights of the course and was extremely popular with the senior officers. Wai Kin Chan has extensive international experience as a faciliator and has worked for Andersen Consulting (later Accenture) and Deutsche Bank throughout Europe and North America. Mr Chan was a former vice president at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, which at that time had more than 90,000 employees globally and has worked with and consulted to numerous global corporations in many countries.

A variety of topics were examined in detail over the six days including issues in change management, performance management and leadership.
