TMS Accreditation Adds New Dimension
Paradigm Infinitum's management team and senior consultants, Mr Wai Kiong Chan and Ms Shona Leppanen-Gibson, have been accredited with Team Management Systems (TMS). Paradigm Infinitum is now accredited to supply Team Management System Profiling and Linking Skills Profiling.
"The Margerison-McCann Team Management System is arguably one of the most rigourous profiling tools available in the world. It has been used in over 160 countries worldwide with great success. We were both very impressed with the extensive research behind the system, as well as the symmetry and elegance of the profiling system. Team Management Profiling is a perfect tool for providing not only individual insights, but also contributing to team building," said Mr Chan, Paradigm Infinitum's CEO and senior consultant.
"We were very fortunate to be instructed by Dr Dick McCann himself, co-founder of the Margerison-McCann TMS. These were the first two workshops Dr McCann has personally taken for five years so we were indeed very privileged to be in attendance at these workshops," Mr Chan said.
Team Management Profiling analyses work preferences of individuals based on responses to an on-line questionnaire. From these responses, a very accurate profile of work preferences reflecting the individual's approach to relationships, information gathering, decision-making, and organising tasks in the workplace can be garnered. By understanding one's own preferences, the individual can gain insight into the work preferences of their team members.
Linking skills are the skills needed to link together the people, resources, tasks and strategy of the organisation in order to achieve results and create syngery within the team.
Paradigm Infinitum is now able to demonstrate the effectiveness of its programmes even more clearly to clients by measuring and quantifying work preferences as well as changes over time of key people, leadership and task skills.
