LEAD Programme Group 7

For the seventh time since 2006, Paradigm Infinitum delivered its Leadership Development Programme, the LEAD Programme, to a group of Senior Managers from a large Queensland Government department. The group of 12 Senior Station Officers from the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service participated in the programme intensively over five days.

"Paradigm Infinitum has a very good partnership with the Officer Development Unit of the QFRS –the consistently excellent results achieved are due in no small part to the high levels of trust and commitment that the QFRS has shown us. They have allowed us run this programme in a highly effective manner and and the continued success of the LEAD Programme is a testament to this relationship. Overall the QFRS clearly shows its commitment to the good leadership practices by continuing to support and develop its managers", said Shona Leppanen-Gibson, General Manager.

The LEAD Programme is continuously undergoing modifications and improvements, to hone the content and bring in new concepts, materials and resources.
