Another Successful LEAD Programme

Paradigm Infinitum had just completed the delivery of its eighth edition of the LEAD Programme - its Leadership Development Programme. The LEAD Programme was delivered to Senior Station Officers from the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service intensively over five days.

The LEAD programme covers many valuable management and leadership areas, including strategic management, including analysis, choice and implementation, leadership, emotional intelligence, coaching and mentoring, negotiation, media and marketing, and professional writing and presentation skills. Participants from the QFRS also complete a strategic analysis project and presentation related to their work to capitalise on and cement the skills and knowledged taught throughout the course.
