Another Successful Lead Programme

Paradigm Infinitum has once again completed a successful LEAD Programme with the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service. This LEAD Programme marks the eleventh time that the programme has been delivered to the QFRS.

"Each LEAD Programme is unique, and the programme is continually evolving and growing," said Kiong Chan. "We have been very privileged to work with the QFRS - their staff are great to work with and bring so much to the programme."

"The programme develops leaders who think strategically and are able to deal with operational and strategic situations and balance the short term and long term objectives of the organisation and its people. In particular participants often find that the programme helps bring together some of the knowledge they have learnt on the job and through other studies, augments this knowledge with new concepts and understanding, and pulls it into a more cohesive understanding," said Kiong Chan.

"We are very proud of the LEAD Programme - it a pleasure to teach and be associated with the programme."
